Updated terms of enrolment

Dear Families,

UPDATE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible educational experience, we have continued to monitor and revise the Terms and Conditions which apply in all Catholic Education Commission Tasmania schools. We will therefore be introducing a small number of updates to the Terms and Conditions, which will apply to all current enrolments continued in 2020 as well as to new enrolments from 2021.

A link to the full copy of the Terms and Conditions is attached, which you should read carefully. The changes made to the Terms and Conditions to note are as follows:

Clause 10. Special payment arrangements – has been changed to reflect upcoming changes to the Fee Assistance Policy; and
The inclusion of an additional paragraph addressing disclosure of personal and sensitive information for information management purposes.
The introduction of an additional clause in relation to referrals to School Support Services.

By continuing your child’s enrolment in 2021 from Monday 1st February 2021, you will be taken to have accepted these updates to the Terms and Conditions.

If you have any concerns about the updates, please contact the school office on 03 6337 7200 or by stm@catholic.tas.edu.au before Tuesday 10th November. We would be happy to discuss the incoming changes with you further.

Athletics Carnival

Dear Families,

We had a wonderful day today at our Athletics Carnival, despite the few showers that cool us off. A big thank you to all our helpers, without you today would not be possible. Mr Stacey and staff, thanks for all your efforts. We did run out of time today and missed the G2, 3 and 4 relays. We will be holding these on Friday afternoon, weather permitting.
